Until I get used to how things work I cannot guarantee that I will be able to do it without making mistakes! Let me figure out how it works and I can find a way that works best for me! I will update you all on progress or if I figure something out on Twitter!

Pro Tip – Pre load my cotton storage bags into your cart then instant checkout with the toy you like! I will load the bags into the shop before the set drop date and time!

I will do my best to get things packed up and ready to ship out the day after the drop in the beginning, once I get started and figure out a schedule that works best for me ( I have a full time “day” job ) I will set up specific days for certain aspects of the job! I will be shipping in discreet brown boxes with a return address name of CLL (Actually need to figure out how to change it but C. L. Lovecrafts keeps popping up please forgive me!)

International shipping won't happen in the beginning, I want to make sure I get a grasp on the concept so I will keep it in the US to start! International will happen at a later date! Updates for that will be on the Twitter!

In the instance shipping issues occur please contact your local USPS or postal office, I have access to the same tracking number a customer has so I wont be able to help any further once it leaves my hands and gets sent out!

I'm sorry to say but since I am brand new to the maker scene and still learning pouring styles to see what works I will not offer customs at this moment! That does not mean no or never, but I need to get the basics down! When I do start to dip my feet in that water I will most likely offer Guided Customs.

My masters are 3d printed from resin and then sealed and primed to be silicone safe! My models are highly detailed, sometimes minor imperfection DO happen on the masters, it's hard to reach all the nooks and crannies. Example, my model Soldier has some divots in some of its creases that are not deep and are deemed body safe and can be sanitized.

Sometimes Flops will happen, I will be doing a thorough examination of each toy I pull out of a mold. Any flops I find in my initial examination will be disclosed in the listing, I will not sell toys I deem unsafe at all.

I will wash my freshly pulled toys to prepare them for drop day with warm water and a mild detergent to remove mold release and stray silicone pieces. Once your monsters arrive home they will need a thorough wash. Some safe cleaning methods are -

• Warm soapy water

• Boil in water for a few minutes

• Soak in a 1% bleach solution

Use water or oil based lubricants, silicone based lubricants can ruin your new monster!Store your monsters with other 100% Platinum Cured silicone monsters! (Other materials like PVC, Jelly Rubber, Vinyl and Tin Cured Silicone may melt or murder your monsters! They do not play nice!) Please do not boil bleach!
